The facility I’m currently at is clean. The pay is pretty good BUT I’m pretty disappointed.

I’m very disappointed and you will be too. The work isn’t that difficult. But it’s equivalent to high school mean girl mentality. Coworkers will smile to your face and stab you in the back so fast. I was really hoping this would be a decent job. You always expect problems. Every place of employment has them but for such a small group these people are terrible, Two faced nasty people. You wont know what you are walking into each day. I’m not talking about inmates. You expect negative behaviors from them but the level of backstabbing is unreal. I’ve been here a few months and my head is spinning. Looking for a way out already. Which is just sad. So if you’re thinking of taking a job here just don’t do it. Listen to the multiple negative reviews. It’s that bad. I honestly don’t have words and I’m kicking myself for thinking it would be a good thing! It’s not. It’s miserable.
