The commission split for your driving time is not very fair, considering that alot of the money that you put into it is your own. If you are looking for a job and not a franchisee on wheels, this may not be the job for you.

The only pro I can honestly say exists at this company is that most of the people who work there are nice. They try to do a decent job without the needed resources. I feel badly for them.

There are so many. But, number one is the owner/CEO. He doesn't deserve the title he gave himself because it implies he has earned it. A CEO is supposed to be a leader. This, he is not. Unfortunately, the people who have been with this company for decades have limited career options so they stay quiet (except behind closed doors where they all think he is a joke). He is truly an Emperor with No Clothes. I have never worked for such an incompetent "leader" in my life. His only objective is to see how much money he is making each day while driving his employees to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every employee has the same opinion about this guy - no one trusts his "leadership".
