Meeting and working with lots of different people from around the world and a good company to experience and learn about how the post production side of the industry works.

Can sometimes be very long hours with unpaid overtime and lots of pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines. Production teams feel very disorganised and senior management in general seems very desperate to reel in as many projects as possible with no consideration for artists or other similar employees. No real benefits, employee representation or pension packages and very little opportunity to progress within the company.

Large company. Some aspects of the company worked well and were well funded. Others were sadly neglected.

They tend to fall into the trap of listening to the loudest voices instead of those with a proven track record.
