There is no stability. They have been laying off people for the last 3 years at least once a year so you never know when your turn might be and it creates a bad environment. It’s a sinking boat because of how poorly managed the company is and how they keep trying to squeeze out as much as profit while giving nothing to employees.
The salaries do not increase, they even decrease. The % increase after a salary review is basically a joke. Not only that but promotions are lower than inflation, only around 1% more than a yearly salary review which is insulting. They will tell you there is no money, however, a new company will be acquired and you will be left wondering where the money came from - yes, from not paying employees the market value and no bonuses.
The excuse used is always that the company has not achieved its targets. These are ridiculous and unachievable financial goals but somehow they manage to acquire companies right and left.
Senior management is out of touch from reality. After laying off a big percentage of people, they hired a chief people officer as if that was solve anything. The best employees quit and if you don’t you might get fired at the next season of layoffs which leads the a very toxic environment.
