Pros

They showed me what type of company I never want to be a part of!

Cons

Prime is terrible across the board, it starts with the leadership. They have a rule by fear and threatening system and are overbearing on their employees because they want results. At Prime you are just a replaceable rotating punching bag. When they can't get the results they want they will try a shady tactic. Whether it's forcing a customer to donate to a charity with an automatic fee or the ability to charge extra for liquidated inventory. (Which i believe should be illegal, hello IRS?) Not to mention they encourage you to keep customers personal information like socials, passcodes, and credit card info. Clear violations of that customers privacy. The pay structure gets talked up but in reality it's not great, commission every two months? There's no visibility on chargebacks and you may hit your goals but then within the two months they will take your commissions on the back end without informing you. Once the check hits the bank and you are left scratching your head on what happened you'll recieve no help or explanation. It's a toxic place to work and you're better off finding somewhere else to be that won't make you feel like you're dying inside.

Pros

Very quick to help associates and management. Very knowledgeable reliable resources and associates. Calm and stable environment.

Cons

Lots of training to do in a short time frame. Requires patience and calm focus in order to handle orders properly. Cannot be nonchalant and lacking attention on what you do with customers.
