Pros

Salary is ok if you do sales

Cons

There are so many cons to this place, all managers micromanage despite you being there longterm, constantly checking your contracts, monitoring bathroom breaks and cellphone usage; they are not open to suggestions or new ideas, difficult to move up if you are not liked by the upper management team, HR is a fjoke and an extension of the upper management team, which is a bully. very restrictive work environment filled with ridiculous sales goals that are in the gray spectrum of business ethics.

Pros

Great company culture, good pay, good support structure, no toxic personalities from top to bottom

Cons

Not much in the way of cons. Sometimes it seems like people are taking advantage of being remote still, but that is a total guess.
