high turn over in management, stressful, many moving parts, disorganized, unrealistic expectations, too many changes too fast, roll out of initiatives is chaotic

It is a small company so of you want to do more than one thing you will get good opportunity

It is highly micro managed. Most of the times what you do will be changed by management.
