Salary payments were highly irregular and often delayed for weeks or even months. No work-life balance and employees were regularly expected to work overtime and Saturdays, especially in marketing and design teams. No appreciation for hard work and no proper increment or career growth. HR and management were unprofessional and unsupportive. Even after leaving, salary dues and documents were delayed for months.
