Decent work environment if you build good relationships with people. No dress code. Relaxed environment if you get your work done. You can get better positions if you ask for the work. Promote from within. Healthcare after 90 days.

Very political. Some employees are admonished for behaviors that are displayed in praised employees. You won’t move up unless you get in with the right people. They’re too cheap to replace much of the equipment that needs replacing. Some employees often on drugs. They promote from within but don’t give those people proper training on their new positions. Often long hours. Often no hours. Managers play favorites. Sales often take on orders that cannot be filled by production. Mastery expected after little training.
