Pros

As an HR team member, I feel proud to work at Pridesys IT. The office environment is really friendly — people help each other, and there’s a sense of respect in every corner. One thing that makes this place special is our MD. He always treats everyone kindly, no matter the position. You can talk to him directly, and he listens with care. That builds a very positive vibe in the whole office. I’ve seen many employees feel more confident just because of his friendly attitude.

Cons

It would be nice to have more sessions on mental health and employee wellbeing.

The company offers a professional work environment, supportive team members, and strong leadership. Employees get the opportunity to work on innovative ERP solutions and enhance their skills in real-world projects. The management is friendly, and there is a good balance between learning and performance. Career growth opportunities and exposure to modern technologies make it an excellent place for both freshers and experienced professionals.

Cons

While the overall experience is positive, sometimes workload can be a bit high during project deadlines. Improving work-life balance during peak times would make the experience even better.
