      No micromanagement on a day to day basis.

      The company shows promise of a bright future and then lay off employees without any notice or even as much courtesy to give a prior warning.

      Pros

      Everyone at PriceSenz that I have worked with has shown me a sense of integrity and dedication that I believe is necessary for a work environment. All of the higher-ups have tried their best to incorporate me into their work and show me the ropes. The culture here is great.

      Cons

      No real downsides that I noticed, perhaps I had to have been more integrated into the team to find them.
