      - Great social aspect (back in the day) - Chance to be involved with high impact projects quickly - Industry leading name on the CV - I always had recruiters in my inbox

      Cons

      - Clique central - if you're in you're in - if you're not you're not - Brain drain - Rounds of layoffs made everyone paranoid

      Pros

      They respond quickly to address any concerns or issues. They send out information emails to stay on top of tasks, look out for anything , and to explain any mishaps as well as solutions they will follow.

      Cons

      $150 per month only so this could be geared to college students or people interested in a side job. You must follow instructions correctly or you may not be in the contract once the month is over-you can reapply but it’s unclear if you’ll be selected again.
