Not a very busy job, flexible schedule, most customers are regulars so you get to know them. Located in a good place.
Cons
Low pay, horrible management, you have 3 days to learn EVERYTHING you need to know to run a boutique. the environment seemed uncomfortable in the form of racism, owner expects you know everything the first day you walk in the door, coworkers are not friendly.
