      Pay and benefits (healthcare and PTO)

      Cons

      I worked for Pretium Enterprise Services - leadership was horrible (no real leadership) and working with the operating companies was incredibly difficult. No direction from the top, which led to a tremendous waste of time and money. Worst company I ever worked for.
