None.You,as a driver,mean as much to them as a used pop can.Pray on driver's who invest in a van that they intern must make the payment's on and can't talk back when the screwing begins.
Cons
Once you contract to them for a certain route,they will begin pushing and pushing the borders of the route out with no more comp pay until you go broke or quit.They love to hire the most desperate people they can find to cut down on labor unrest.They will only let you make appx $10.00 dollars per hr,or $70.00 per day,no matter what they tell you to get you in
