Pros

This company does excellent work. They do big shows and a lot of quality work all around the country. They are good at what they do.

Cons

Bad pay if you are not an expert in one specific area. Very low pay to start. Very slow opportunity to move up. Worst part is the way people are treated by certain managers and co-workers. Very disrespectful and unprofessional at times.

Great work life balance, opportunity for growth, opportunity for overtime, access to a large amount of AV equipment, great place to learn and great people

Cons

Owners and family make things a bit of a boys club and upper management can be out of touch at times.

Awesome technicians to work with. Fun Events and lots of opportunities to gain experience.

Cons

A lot of the “upstairs” is delusional, rude, and outright creepy. Pay your techs fairly, before criticizing their work.
