Once Great company, seemingly falling apart - Information Technology Press Ganey Employee Review

I loved working there, spent 4 years, and really thought that I'd found my place in a company, felt respected and appreciated for the work i did. However my team had a revolving door of managers come and go over the 4 years i was there.. some were great. Unfortunately the last manager we had literally destroyed the once tight knit and hard working team. i just wish that upper management would have taken notice of such huge turnover in my team and worked on the root cause of the issue , and not just blindly allowing it to happen.
