Pros

The team I worked with were absolutely amazing and carry the whole company on their shoulders, without which Press Data would crumble.

Cons

Upper management are awful, unsupportive and will gaslight you till there is nothing left. I made the mistake of being open about my mental health at PD, who say they value your wellbeing and hold quarterly meetings. The first meeting I went to, I was talked over throughout. This will go down as one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune to work for and made me severely ill - you only need to look as far as their turnaround. Also, for a whole year, I was the only Poc working there, which speaks volumes about their diversity policy.

Pros

Team on the office floor are supportive and friendly, You can WFH two days a week.

Cons

- Very obstructive management. - Low pay and bad hours. - Breaks are unpaid. - The technology they use is ancient and constantly crashing. - The work itself is dull and under-stimulating. - You have to knock on the outside window to even get in the office. - Very authoritarian culture. Employee concerns are not valued.
