      Travel, team culture, getting to work with some great people.

      After the company went public, moral, reimbursements, bonuses, pretty much everything went south.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
