Neutral - Prefer Not to State Prescient Security Employee Review

The primary motivation for working at Prescient Security is the work environment and flexibility; the pressures of the job were not as great as I had assumed. Seniors provide excellent mentoring, and more importantly, you will get new knowledge every day in the company.

Honestly, I don't see any drawbacks with Prescient Security

Good Benefits, PTO, camaraderie, & flexibility.

Lots of politics and lack of interdepartmental communication. Management has their “favorites”. Do rolling layoffs to outsource US positions for cheaper off shore labor.
