This has been the worst company I could have ever imagined. The other posts that have “pros” can only be bots.

Where to even start: if you take a PTO day, the company will dock your pay, they left us in the middle of a war and the only words of encouragement they gave us were they would not reimburse us for expenses, the CEO told us we should be “grateful” he gave us a job, the lack of leadership communicating is heinous, the company skims money off of our per diem and housing allowance, the lack of transparency from leadership is terrifying, it has been verbally said and observed that the leadership doesn’t value our opinions on anything, the CEO will fire good employees to protect his “buddies” after they commit unlawful acts, and the company put us on tourist visas to negate any responsibilities while we work in another country. I am trying to maintain a professional, fact only manner while writing this. I hope to portray the absolute nightmare working for this company has been. I have made the decision to be unemployed rather than continue working for PEC.
