Pros

Location is beautiful, access to ranch amenities is a great perk, good variety of opportunities within the company, lots of nice people work here.

Cons

HR is a disaster in several ways and has been since the last truly qualified person was in the position. When I got a raise, my supervisor cut my hours to even things out, probably at the request of the CFO. Company often refuses overtime even when workers are willing and departments need them to (busy summer months). Interdepartmental communication is lacking and frequently causes problems for guests that can be avoided. Workplace politics are very evident and caused by a small number of high-ranking staff.
