Professional and knowledgeable supervisors, always around me whenever I had technical obstacles. 100% remote for this position, with 1-2 times a year in-person meetup. Easy interview processes if you start from an intern position.
Cons
No health insurance, work authorization sponsorship is available but it was only available case by case, might need to work on weekends due to its business model, ethnicity isn't super diverse but no offensive behaviors were witnessed
