Fast paced and never a dull moment. Colleagues are great to work with. There is an attitude and a desire, despite the lack of systems and proper management structures, to make it work
Cons
HR are a shambles and have no formal processes around appraisals and reviews. This means no one is able to develop in a structured and controlled manner. Whilst Operations try hard to bring structure to the business the ELT are lacking the breadth and depth of management experience to create a business with long term prospects
