Pros

Remote, you can decided when to log on and off. Won’t have to work on weekends.

Cons

Micromanage, condescending, will overwork you. Some meetings could be easily skipped over by an email. They will get mad at you for not completing your workload even though you’ve been in meetings all day.

Pros

The owners are serious about the company and aim to bring in competitive products to the market. So it's a rare chance to get fully exposed to branding and product positioning and helping families who really want kids. Work life balance is good as well

Cons

1. Micromanagement from managers who have limited knowledge into your expertises 2. Problems about building a context to grow junior employees. All they do is yelling at you when you make mistakes 3. Wages are constantly below the market as they believe they can always find cheap alternatives to replace you in China
