The company, corporate, leadership. I was literally told wrong information in my interviews and didn't find out til months later.
IDK if it was intentional or not but if I'd been given the correct information I would NOT have accepted the job. I was fibbed to about advancement opportunities within the company and the program in the final interview.
Everything is soo micromanaged. The way the system is set up it's designed to make you work harder and not smarter. Everyone from the top to the bottom seems so disorganized and it's almost impossible to get answers to questions, support or guidance for anything. Communication is broken, training is almost non-existent. The males seem to be appreciated/honored more than the females.
Corporate is ... I don't know how this company stays in operation. Nothing gets done and it's nearly impossible to speak to anyone. When you do they sometimes hang up on you or tell you they'll get someone to contact you and that never happens. Emails sometimes get an auto-reply but most of the time you won't hear anything back.
You are way overworked and grossly underpaid. They don't listen to the experienced experts on changes that could help the whole program work more efficiently and smoothly.
3pl used to be what everyone in retail wanted to be. They're the paying same or less than what they paid decades ago and expecting you to do 5x the work. They don't respect your time when you are off the clock or days off. They don't allow admin time even though it shows on the report. I was told put zero there always... you work for free daily and weekly because of this and other factors. Yes there are laws against that but they've figured out the loopholes.
Bonuses get penalized for doing what you're supposed to do or during a fire drill and what they ask you to do.
