People are nice, the company really worries about the employees.

I couldn’t find any cons.

You can do whatever you want.No supervision.No structure.

The place is run like a daycare..Work people late into the night.Then expect you to be there at 5 in the morning.Pay is horrible.Folks from jersey make the job horrible.No protection for people that have given years of service.Just takes one fool to get hird in jersey and your out the door.Everything is done at last minute.They want to be a fortune 500 company but dont go by fortune 500 practices.Horrible place to work.Dont qork here if you value your mental health.
