No moving up payrate will never change what you start with is what you’re going to end with

Overall the tenants were nice.

Answered phones, showed apartments, cleaned vacant apartments after tenant vacated, cleaned common area hallways, laundry rooms and basements for multiple buildings, responsible for snow removal for common walkways throughout property. Too much work for one person and not enough compensation.
