      Good mid level science leadership

      Cons

      High stress clients. Content creators blamed for project managers’ mistakes and errors. High pressure environment that doesn’t always attract good managers. Politics.

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
