      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Great manager and always trying to take his employees to next level. Freedom to explore new technologies that can help with improving product. Above average PTOs, Sick days and Floating holidays

      Cons

      The inclusion of offshore is a failure for some teams. We had to settle for people who are not even close to developers that are in US. They have trouble learning new technologies and makes the developers in US to do extra work.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
