      Remote Work, Supportive, Smart, and Innovative company. Promote from within. Work/Life balance

      Cons

      The business can be very complicated and confusing at times. There are a lot of products and "divisions", for lack of a better term, to Premier as a company sometimes its confusing and overwhelming.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
