      Pros

      Being a healthcare company they have the best benefits all around and there's flexibility to work from home depending on your manager

      Cons

      The workload can be heavy at times and it takes a while for HR to fill positions that are vacated which means heavy lifting for the team if someone leaves. External hiring can be slow and has to go through several approval steps

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
