Pros

Premier Health has been a great place to work. As a full time RN, I feel valued, appreciated, and fairly compensated. I have worked for other healthcare organizations and in my opinion, Premier far exceeds my expectations. I have a voice that enacts much of the change within the system. There is a lot of professional/educational growth opportunities. I recommend Premier Health to anyone seeking employment with a top notch healthcare system.

Cons

They have outsourced housekeeping and nutrition services. This has not been so positive, since this outsourcing, the facility has struggled to look well kept. I do know there are conversations and actions around this. Lastly, the insurance plan forces you to seek care at Premier Health or pay out of pocket. This is my biggest complaint, I should be able to seek care anywhere I choose.

Pros

I’ve had such a wonderful welcome since joining the company. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, inviting, and incredibly helpful. The environment here is truly supportive, and I already feel right at home.

Cons

There’s been a bit of a transition delay since my manager left a couple of weeks after I joined, but everyone here has been great about helping me settle in.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
