Pros

Pay rate is around market standard. If you are looking for a IT field support role that doesn't challenge you then this is the job for you.

Cons

Expected to work in roles that you have no experience in, some mornings I was contacted a hour before I'd have to leave telling me that I was now reporting to a hospital a hour away from where I normally worked. Outside of doing the Windows 7 roll out all my job included was running general updates to software that couldn't be done by scripts. I believe the position is going to be fazed out in the coming years due to the hardware portion already being contracted out and other devices being moved to virtual desktops.

Pros

Great work life balance. Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

It does not pay the most, but they treat their workers very well and give them lote of time off to make up for that.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
