      We were granted an hour for lunch. Made some friends

      The graphic design job that I applied for was very misleading. Had absolutely nothing to do with graphic design at all. No benefits, poor management, and smoking was allowed on site in the warehouse.

      very friendly owner and staff. laid back work enviroment

      Cons

      If you do not know the owner in some way you are extremely expendable. No benefits whatsoever. can be stressful at times as there is no clear chain of command
