Pros
-ability to schedule visits that’s convenient for you and the patients parents -ceu credits are provided -provided missing clinical hours if missing, to meet the state requirement to get slpa license
Cons
-made to play marketer on top of being a therapist -tracking and turning in mileage report is a pain, wasn’t worth much and wasn’t worth doing 95% of the time -pay rate is not enough to cover gas, maintenance, expenses to buy materials or living expenses -forced to drive on other side of town due to no available therapist in the area (overall driving from one side to the other side of dallas); not practical and was not compensated -therapist were asked to research and present a CEU that was not compensated! -boss is all talk about helping the therapist build their portfolio and resumes for college, but is all lies -overall, this company doesn’t compensate enough or not at all, in regards to what we do
