Pros

Can't beat the power of the Aaron Ross brand!

Cons

Everything else... command and control leadership, nepotism running rampant, toxic work culture, inequity in pay and expectations. Upward mobility almost exclusively limited to staff in Vancouver. The values don't hold much meaning.
