Cons

The US-based team is still in its early stages, which can create time zone friction with the European team where much of the company is based. As a result, communication could be smoother, though many colleagues are highly responsive despite the distance.

Truly love our team culture. Hardworking group. Works together really well. Oriented towards growth. Open to feedback and has high standards. Thrilled I joined this team.

Cons

Being in the U.S., I don't have as much interaction with the full team in Europe. It's a con because I've enjoyed interacting with everybody already and love seeing how close-knit the fuller team is.
