Positive Work Environment, but Limited Advancement Opportunities for Smaller Teams - Associate Creative Director Precocity Employee Review

Great team and fun projects

Has been steadily getting smaller not the most robust sales team... But lots of room for improvement.

Precocity is a phenomenal company for a number of reasons. 1. Precocity lives up to every single one of their values, bar none, particularly in regards to integrity. I have worked with countless small to mid-sized companies as well as many fortune 500 & 100 clients and I have never come across a company that stays true to their values like Precocity does. 2. The individuals who work for Precocity are remarkably intelligent. The level of technical, interpersonal and industry/business competency is beyond impressive. 3. Entrepreneurial attitude lives in every employee, regardless of what position they are in and what value they bring to the company or one of our clients. 4. There are no egos! Even though many of the employees are senior in their field and a few being true experts, you would only know this by seeing how they work and by what they deliver. 5. They like and respect each-other. 6. There is lots of transparency from upper management. 7. Everyone is very collaborative and passionate about what they do!

I have only been here a short time, but as of now I honestly have no cons.
