      Manager was ok and other techs were great

      Cons

      The hourly guarantee was low so if the shop is slow you make the same as a oil tech. They started forcing us to take hour lunches if we work more than 6 hours so I lost 5 hours a week.

      Minimal pay, no appreciation for jobs well done, continued badgering about small errors, blaming management for systematic problems, inconsistent and confusing demands from employees
