Pros

They would give you time off if you requested it.

Cons

The most toxic work environment I have ever been in. Management tries to manipulate wages relative to other employees, and is very aggressive about not talking to coworkers about wage. They retain some of the most incapable and toxic employees because those individuals will continually endure a terrible work environment without complaining. One of their longest tenured employees has been the direct cause of a number of people resigning, yet they continue to employee him as he will do anything they ask. Anyone with a shred of self-respect would be appalled at the asinine expectations put on employees. The managers have an abysmal work/life balance, and therefore seem to expect that their employees will do the same. They expect you to sacrifice your time as they do, all while trying to give you the lowest possible wage. There is rampant racism, sexism, bigotry etc. that has been reported, to no effect.
