Cons
Billing management - they are hardly ever there. Always leaves due to personal reasons. Excepts you to do your job and others but not pay you for it. You can't make mistakes, your written up for every thing!!! Super talks about her personal life all the time, but we are not aloud to, we must take our 15 min break to discuss personal things with others. People quit left and rt there, due to the overwhelming duties they put on you. And biggest one, you're blamed for others mistakes.
