Pros

None whatsoever. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES. DO NOT LET THEM SELL THE JOB TO YOU. They lie to you and tell what you want to hear. Then once you are on board and committed they hit you with all these curve balls.

Cons

They focus on the money you could possibly make and that you can possibly have your own business but fail to mention that you won't get paid hourly at all. They forget to mention that you're expected to be there for 10+ hours without hourly pay. They also don't mention that if you get to the point of getting your own branch you MUST leave the state and relocate. They treat their employees the way Frontier Communication treats their customers. They aren't upfront and hit them with all these hidden things. Management sucks. No 1 on 1 training. They expect you to arrive an hour early for training and if you don't you get left in the dust. They don't pay attention to you. Hours suck and you don't the money you're really owed.

We would like to take a moment to clear any miscommunication or negative views you have on our company. We do focus on promoting our team members and always strive to recognize all accomplishments both big and small. The leaders at Precision who have gone on to operate their own companies were never forced to relocate states. All owners have the chance to move wherever they deem will provide them the most success. We’re sorry to hear that you did not find what you were looking for within our management department and would like to reiterate that we do offer one-one-one coaching, and mentorship all throughout our training process. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

This job is everything I was looking for in terms of career growth. There is basic sales taught in the entry level, but what I enjoy most is the investment that the company has made in myself and my professional growth. I’ve worked here for a little over a year and I’ve been promoted to a manager position. This company only promotes from within because they invest in their own guys.

Cons

This job is not for the weak minded....This is a great fit only for those who have a strong mentality and are ready to embrace the challenges that come in a partnership with a multi-billion dollar company.

Pros

They will hire almost any competent person. This job is an opportunity to meet a lot of different people within the office and knocking doors. It will force you to improve your communication skills quickly if you want to be a success story.

Cons

This place is overbearing. It’s a scheduling nightmare. They want you to work 6 days a week and they try to guilt you to into doing more work for no extra payoff from the very beginning. They try to really push you into thinking the same way they do when they real goal should be closing deals before anything. This office is not a place for you to be an individual. Any individuality will be quickly curtailed. This “culture” they are trying to build isn’t for anyone with real sales experience. The compensation is not on par with the better sales companies locally, regionally, statewide or nationally. The management training program these “marketing” companies are running is a new age pyramid scheme that pays a tad better than the regular. furthermore the compensation is not clear either. In the interview, what you make for doing an internet only sale vs a triple bundle should highlighted to provide more understanding of how you actually make your money.
