My immediate manager made the job fun and gave lots of feedback to me. There are some employees who really go the extra mile to help others, although the general attitude there is don't bother me and don't ask questions. They can be very nice about time off when you need it. It is always nice to be hear that you did some job well when you do the extra mile and that can sometimes be thething that mekes you go on. there are some good people their. they ahve a cafetieria there that is ok too and the food is sometimes real good.

There is a lot of negative thinking there and they dontthink through what they really want and what they might wate later so sometimes you have to do your wokr over and over and they always want it done now. They do not plan ahead and the senior people are very disrespectful and dont appreciate the people beneath them. this makes it easy for every one to have a negative attitude and to feel that their work is worthless, since it is always having to be done again, in a different way and with impossible deadlines that you get really tired.
