Pros
Interesting work with lots of variety and exposure to many kinds of people. Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as two weeks vacation plus sick leave and paid holidays. When I've needed to take time off for personal reasons, it's always been approved. I'm paid well for the work I do and have received incentive compensation when we've brought on a big client requiring me to spend more time at work. We have an annual meeting once a year to be able to meet people from all locations and a holiday party with spouses that lets me know my co-workers better.
Cons
It's a longer commute than I like and parking can be difficult. Because it is a small company, sometimes I can't take my vacation exactly when I want to because other staff have already scheduled their time off.
