Pros
I really enjoy the company’s culture. The internal team is fantastic, and management truly encourages both personal growth and professional development. There’s a big focus on teamwork and supporting each other, which creates a strong, positive environment. Management is always quick to offer support when needed, and our group chat is filled with questions, advice, and encouragement from peers. It honestly feels like a family here.
Work-life balance is generally solid. Management is understanding when personal matters come up, and stepping away from work has never been an issue. We also have the flexibility to work from home, which is a nice perk.
I’ve had great opportunities to grow in my role. The vCIO, who was previously in my position, has provided valuable training, and the CEO has been supportive in helping me restructure my role.
Cons
One challenge I face is being the only person in my role, which can feel overwhelming at times. It would be helpful to have more specialized roles so that employees don’t have to wear so many hats. Additionally, during busy periods, we tend to just push through, knowing things will slow down eventually, but this can be stressful.
