Carrier Sales - Carrier Sales Precision Freight Employee Review

Pros

Great work environment , day in and day out. Plenty of opportunities and a very supportive office. Training here makes it easy for someone who has limited experience but wants to dive right into the industry.

Cons

We are so busy, there is limited down time and you need to stay on top of your work. A lot of work on a daily basis and could use more sales reps to balance out the workload. Plenty of work = plenty of money though.

Pros

- Good coworkers - Good schedule - Time management - Very family-like atmosphere

Cons

- Lack of communication - No development opportunities, feedback, if ever, was scarce - If you make one mistake, there's a target on your entire back - Not accommodating with new employees, very unstructured - Pay is not what it should be for the amount of work you do

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you had positive relationships with your coworkers and appreciated the work schedule and team atmosphere. That said, we're disappointed to read the rest of your review and want to address a few points. We take feedback seriously — especially when it helps us grow — but we also want to clarify that our team culture is not based on targeting individuals for mistakes. Like any organization, we hold people accountable, but we strive to do so constructively and fairly. We recognize that structure and consistent feedback are vital, and over the past year, we’ve implemented more defined training paths, regular check-ins, and clearer expectations to support both new and existing employees. Pay and workload balance are also reviewed regularly to ensure we stay competitive and fair. We start your development with the training, and continued development opportunities are offered for employees that complete at least their first 90 days. We’re committed to building a strong, transparent, and supportive work environment, and we're always working to improve. If you'd be open to sharing more specifics with us directly, we’d welcome the conversation. – The Precision Freight Team
