Lots of equipment that's in good working order. Health insurance offered with no premiums. If you play politics they will give you plenty of hours.

Compensation is not so good. No dental or vision insurance. Very stingy with uniforms, PPE. They play favorites like no other. Will force you to work 15+ hour days with no forewarning and will frown on you if you want to take a lunch. Will schedule you for a 630am job, with 4 more jobs that same day including an 1130pm, and expect you to be back for another 630am job the next day. Don't expect to see your family much. Will have you working 15-17 hour Fridays and expect you to work consecutive weekends will no forewarning.
