Not worth it, even if it's your last option - Operations Supervisor Precision Castparts Employee Review

Easily the worst company I've worked for in my career. I have never been anywhere that viewed their work force as expendable more so then at PCC. You feel like your job is constantly in jeopardy. The GM for the location I was at has to be one of the most clueless individuals when it comes to successfully managing employees, machining processes and manufacturing in general. There is zero instruction/training on how to perform your job functions but the expectation is that you should know everything the first day on the job. If you want to work in a mentally abusive work place that will treat you terribly then PCC is the perfect place for you.
