Pros
Above average pay when results are good. Benifits are ok. Thats really all the good things to say.
Cons
Incredible amount of disorganization and a complete lack of respect for employees. Use layoffs as a way to flex the labor force and expect everyone to come running back when things are busier. Division and Corporate level executives have singular focus and don't understand how to properly treat employees
